In order to process your booking or enquiry, we collect certain personal details from you; viz., name, address, date of birth, holiday preferences and any special requirements which may affect your choice of France hiking tour. Other than your name and hotel requirements, no other personal details are passed onto our suppliers.
We have appropriate security measures in place to protect your data and have chosen NOT to collect customer details on-line so no-one can steal them. We do not capture nor retain any customer credit/debit card or other payment details and place our trust in one of the market leaders, Paypal, to do this safely, efficiently and securely.
We would like to use your details solely for our own operational and marketing purposes – sending you our newsletter or details of new products we offer. We will not pass this information onto other companies for marketing purposes, although personal information collected may be transferred and shared in the event of any future sale of The Enlightened Traveller and its assets.
You have a right to request a copy of the information we hold about you and such requests must be made in writing (by letter or e-mail). We reserve the right to charge a small administration fee before complying with your request and, in certain limited situations, we may be entitled to refuse your request.
