Whilst we would love you to purchase multiple holidays for the next five years for both yourself, family and colleagues, common sense and experience informs us that you are likely to Contact Us before purchasing your ‘big ticket’ item.

You will subsequently purchase just one holiday at a time and most probably require some queries clarified as well as a degree of personalisation – which we are delighted to do wherever possible. For all these reasons you will not find a shopping cart on our website – simply a good old-fashioned booking form.

Simply pick up the phone, LiveChat in real-time direct on our website or drop us an email to register your interest and we’ll take it from there. There are a multitude of ways that you can Contact Us. Simple! In a world where many companies seem not to want to talk to existing or potential customers, you will find us refreshingly different.

How this site is organised: Booking and Payment

Once again, this is simplified so that you do not have to fill in endless and often superfluous categories in the on-line booking process. Having completed the captcha and proved you are not a robot, you get to the final Send Button when, frustratingly but oh so predictably, nothing happens or your half hour’s effort ‘times out’ – grrr!

We will email you direct with all you need in order to book your hiking tour. With on-line fraud growing by the day, and authorities seemingly helpless, incompetent or oblivious in the face of more and more site hackings that leak sensitive customer information, we have chosen NOT to give cyber criminals any reason to hack our site by our decision not to accept on-line payments.

When we started out in business fifteen years ago, we were hacked on average seven times a year. Thankfully it stopped once we terminated on-line payments. You have three major Home Page categories from which you can choose when searching for your perfect walking holiday in France based on the level of challenge: Light, Moderate or Harder. Explore the relevant category at your leisure and click on a tour photo to access the particular tour page of interest. We have colour coded tour pages throughout the site so you know which level the tour is aimed at when landing on an individual trip page.

These tours are one week’s length or more. You have full details of each particular day’s challenge based on its length, the approximate elevation gain or loss, as well as the average time required to walk it assuming you walk 3 kilometers per hour.
